Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Agreement Application

Soweel provides a service where it rents out wheelchairs (referred to as "Wheelchair") to Renters, who agree to rent the Wheelchair from Soweel according to this Agreement. Any matters not addressed in this Agreement will be governed by relevant laws, regulations, and common practices.

Soweel reserves the right to make special provisions as long as they comply with the intent of this Agreement, along with laws, regulations, administrative guidelines, and common practices. In the event of a special provision, it will take precedence over this Agreement.

Article 2: Rental

Pickup

(1) Renters must report any defects or missing parts in the Wheelchair to Soweel before use.

(2) Renters must read and understand the provided user manual and take necessary safety precautions when using the Wheelchair.

(3) Soweel recommends Renters obtain appropriate insurance to cover potential injuries during Wheelchair use.

 

During Use

(1) Renters must use the Wheelchair with utmost care to prevent personal or property damage.

(2) Renters must not allow others to use the Wheelchair.

(3) Renters must refrain from modifying or decorating the Wheelchair.

(4) Renters are responsible for the proper use and storage of the Wheelchair.

 

Return

(1) Renters must return the Wheelchair by the scheduled return date and time.

(2) If an extension is needed, Renters must contact Soweel before the scheduled return time.

(3) Extensions may not be possible depending on reservation availability.

(4) Renters must ensure all parts are returned with the Wheelchair.

 

Article 3: Rental Fees

Rental fees include the following:

Basic rental fee

Shipment fee

Other applicable fees

Soweel will clearly outline the amount, basis for calculation, and other details of each fee in the quotation.

 

Article 4: Payment

Payment must be settled no later than three days before the rental period begins, unless otherwise specified by Soweel. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards, or other electronic methods provided by Soweel.

 

Article 5: Disclaimer

Soweel is not liable for any damages, including personal or property damages, incurred by the Renter during Wheelchair use.

 

Article 6: Compensation for Damages

If the Wheelchair is lost or damaged due to the Renter's negligence or violation of Soweel's ownership rights, the Renter is responsible for compensating Soweel for all resulting damages and losses, including expenses for replacement or repair of the Wheelchair.

 

Article 7: Non-Operation Charge

If the Wheelchair cannot be rented out due to damage or loss, causing a disadvantage to Soweel, charges may apply for the resulting detriment.

 

Article 8: Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges for reserved Wheelchairs and shipment are as follows:

- No show: 100%

- Day of rental start: 100%

- 1 Day Prior to rental: 100%

- 2 Days Prior to rental: 100%

- 3 Days Prior to rental: 100%

- 4 Days Prior to rental: 0%
